What shoppers get

Help every shopper decide.

The questions people ask before they buy, answered on the page, so they don't leave to find out.

The details that matter, up front.

Two or three lines on every product: who it's for, what it's made of, and what sets it apart. Written from your product page, in your voice.

Questions answered on the spot.

Shoppers tap a suggested question or type their own, and get an answer from your product data, with its source. No waiting for an email back.

How it works

Set up once. Then it runs itself.

  1. 1

    Connect your store

Paste one line of script on any website, or install the WooCommerce plugin. The Shopify app is on its way.

  2. 2

    Label reads your products

Each product page, your catalog where there is one, and the facts you add once: shipping, returns, sizing, care.

  3. 3

    Shoppers get answers

Summaries, suggested questions and a question box, written the first time they're needed, then served from the edge to every shopper after.

Made to be trusted

Only what your store actually says.

Every summary and answer is checked against your product data before a shopper sees it, and statements it can’t back up are removed. When your data doesn’t cover a question, Label says so instead of guessing, and the question shows up in your dashboard.

Shoppers rate what they read. Poorly rated content is rewritten; the answers you edit stay exactly as you wrote them.

Questions

Good to know.

Where do the answers come from?

From your store: the product page, your catalog where there is one, and the facts you add in Knowledge, like shipping, returns and sizing. Every answer says where it came from. When your data doesn't cover a question, Label says so instead of guessing, and the question shows up in your dashboard so you can add the fact once.

Do I need to upload my catalog?

No. On any website, Label reads each product page itself. The WooCommerce plugin, and the Shopify app when it launches, also keep your catalog in sync as products change.

Can I change what it says?

Yes. Every summary and answer is in your dashboard. Edit one and it's locked: Label never rewrites it. You set the tone, from Precise to Playful, and write store instructions; try changes in the Playground before you publish them.

What happens when the trial ends?

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with 3,000 credits. On WooCommerce and other sites you add a card at checkout and the plan starts when the trial ends, unless you cancel. Shopify stores will be billed through Shopify.

What if I cancel?

The widget turns off at once. Your store's content is kept for 30 days in case you come back; after that it's deleted, apart from the billing records the law requires us to keep.

What about shoppers' privacy?

Shoppers don't sign in. Questions are stored with personal details removed and kept for 90 days, so you can see what people ask.

Will it slow my pages down?

The widget loads asynchronously, so it never holds up your page. Content that's already written comes from the edge, close to the shopper.
